Postgres keeps crashing with 'No space left on device' during WAL recovery at LSN 1/1AFFFF68. Volume shows only 1.1GB used, resized to 10GB but still failing. Volume ID: vol_c3d7ief19353egpz. Need help clearing pg_wal or forcing recovery.

Same issue as: station.railway.com/questions/postgre-sql-crashed-no-space-left-on-de-87af6800 — Volume resized via UI but filesystem was never expanded. Please apply filesystem resize manually and redeploy.
