Just began to work on some of my projects and I have noticed a couple of my Postgres database's are not responding to any connections? It doesn't seem to matter if its over the internal network or public.
On one of my Postgres instances I started an update to the container it is ticking away with zero logs and nothing seems to be happening?
The dashboard also cannot connect to the databases to view any data on them.

I triggered a deployment yesterday with an update, it shows failed now as I assumed the build just timed out. It has zero logs, if I try to restart the current deployment of postgres nothing happens, and if I just try to redeploy the current deployment, again nothing happens no logs it just sits at "creating containers". I have an API that relys on this db although its not a super importance service I'd rather not loose the data. I do have backups on so I could try restoring one next?

I am closing this now, seems like they have come back. Not sure on what caused the issue in the first place but its been a couple of days and everything is working again.
