Hi, we're having issues with our production Postgres instance. It was very slow earlier today, and then started refusing connections.

I made sure there was a backup, and then restarted the service which hasn't helped. I noticed that the "Database Connection" status is spinning on the data tab (pic attached). This is causing all of our production services that need access to this DB to crash so is fairly urgent.

Any ideas what could be wrong? We haven't made any recent changes to how we connect to the database or long running queries.
