Postgres Database Connection load undefinetely

I have a remote connection to my postgres db failed, so i went to railway dashboard->postgres->data

But Database Connection runs indefinitely

You are missing a TCP Proxy -

Go ahead and add one pointing to port 5432

Because the data tab uses the public connection.
