I was able to redeploy it successfully just now, but I'm definitely concerned it stayed down after yesterday's outage

This may be possible, as there is an incident regarding builds post gcp incident.

I didn't build the database yesterday... it just did not recover from the outage

If you're getting PID 1 errors in postgres, please redeploy (not restart) your postgres service

I'm guessing we're getting no RCA then?

I get there was an outage, but I'm asking for clarity on why one DB came back up fine but the other did not
