My Postgres server was recently restarted, and the database is totally empty. All tables, from those created by Django to my own models.
I also now see a new mount, Postgres-postdeploy, that I typically do not see on my dashboard.
I'm thinking these are related, but I typically don't bother the mount services. And attempting to mount the post deploy to my Postgres server didn't fix the issue, unfortunately.

My database is still empty and I’m not sure what to do next. Is there any information I can provide?

Hi,
I'm deeply sorry you ran into this issue.
We recently had an incident on a single host where volumes failed to mount, causing temporary data loss. We restored this data, sent you an email and added $100 of credits for the inconvenience.
In your case however, we wrongfully restored a backup from a different env than the active one.
I was able to fix this issue just now and re-apply the proper volume. your data should be back and good to go.
I've added an additional $50 for the extended impact on your service.
Best,
Nico
