Hi Railway team,
My Postgres service is completely down and won't start.
Project ID: 8b7575af-653b-4fa4-b9ae-a26ba110c903
Environment: production (Hobby plan)
Service: Postgres
Logs show:
ERROR (catatonit:2): failed to exec pid1: No such file or directory
(repeats ~10 times)
Mounting volume on: /var/lib/containers/railwayapp/bind-mounts/...
Mounting volume on: /var/lib/containers/railwayapp/bind-mounts/...
The volume mounts but the container never starts.
Metrics show 0% CPU/memory.
Restart does not help.
I did not change any configuration recently.
The database was working normally before this incident.
Please help investigate — I need to recover the data on this volume.
Could you also confirm if any backups are available on Hobby plan for this service?
Thanks!

Your Postgres service in the "idahq" project is showing a CRASHED status, and the timing aligns with the recent platform-wide service disruption which affected image registries and deployments across all regions. That incident is now resolved, so triggering a fresh redeploy of the Postgres service should pull the image correctly and get it running again. Regarding backups, the Backups feature is available on all paid plans including Hobby, but it requires that you had previously enabled a backup schedule or taken a manual backup - check the Backups tab on your Postgres service to see if any snapshots exist.
