Postgres database stuck in "starting or transitioning" state after incident marked as resolved

Hello,

Although Railway status shows the recent incident as resolved,

my Postgres database is still unavailable.

When opening the Postgres service in the project dashboard,

the database UI no longer shows any tables (previously visible),

and attempts to connect via the UI/SSH fail.

The database shows the message:

"The database container is starting up or transitioning. Please wait a moment and try again."

This has been ongoing for several hours, and the application cannot connect to the database.

API requests are hanging and sometimes return ECONNRESET.

Project details:

- Platform: Railway

- Service: Managed Postgres

- Region: Southeast Asia (Singapore)

I have avoided repeated redeploys or restarts to prevent recovery loops.

Could you please check whether the Postgres container or attached volume is stuck and requires manual intervention?

Thank you.
