Postgres DB connection - session error

I am getting "Session error on those actions:

  • CLI: railway ssh

  • WEB: Clicking on the DB, than Database tab -> Database connection: Session error

The application is down. How can I manage to solve this?

I think it's postgres itself being down. My postgres deployment isn't redeploying or accepting connections right now
