Project slushproof. slushproof-production.up.railway.app
recovery is failing because WAL replay can't
complete on the existing volume.
Railway support has handled this exact scenario — they can
usually expand the underlying volume from their side even when
the UI is locked because the service is down. Be explicit that
the data on disk is intact; you only need write space for
recovery to finish.
