Trying to make a production deployment but my postgres service, has been stuff on initializing for a long time now.

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
- 🧵 A deployment is stuck at INITIALIZING
- 🧵 A deployment is stuck at Initializing
- 🧵 Builds in Production and Staging are both stuck taking snapshots
