Hi there, are you still running into this? There was a hardware failure incident earlier today affecting a subset of deployments in EU West, which has since been resolved. However, Postgres services with attached storage can remain unreachable after such incidents even when they appear online. Redeploying the Postgres service from the dashboard typically restores connectivity.

It was several hours after the incident was reported resolved. And I had to redeploy, restart many times and for 30 minutes it was still dropping connections. Now it seems to be resolved.
