hey, so i would like to change my current setup with postgres (supabase) to railway because I host my backends on here. I was just wondering how the postgres works here in regards to pricing and the power of the server. I checked the documentation and theres the 2 types of setups but theres nothing about upgrading the server etc.

So with the pro plan, that's the only upgrade there is right?

I'm just looking for a little more info on how it works.
