I uploaded some data to a hobby instance (via Postico CSV import). I got repeated SSL connection problems and had to use a VPN to import the data.

Then I upgraded to pro because it seemed I ran out of space.

Now neither Postico nor the Railway UI can connect to the database. It just cycles "Database connection" in the Railway UI, due to some kind of out of space error (see below) even after upgrading.
