Postgres issues

I've had 2 projects, one was a database for the other (i did not know you can create more than 1 service in a project before and was too lazy to fix it after i found out). It had been working for 3 months, and just very recently turns out the App does not connect to the database. Spent 3 hours trying to fix the issue with Claude but did not succeed because the TCP connection kept either getting refused or breaking in the meantime. I was also always able to see the Database through Railway's Dashbord, but now not only the services don't connect, I cannot even view the contents of the Database. I added a new database to the main project, so for future it will work. However I am at a great data loss right now and wondering if anyone could help me out here. All I need to be quite honest is just to download the contents of the old database.

Here's the old database Project ID: 8ec15886-35db-4339-88e9-3589590b5db6
And here's the main Project ID (if you wanna check it out, notice i changed the DATABASE_URL to the new one already since the old one was not working anyways): 537c562d-2b2b-4894-9ff5-b4295c9bb2f6

Thank you so much for help!

Hello,

We had an incident earlier that caused some running workloads to be unexpectedly terminated while the status in the UI didn't properly update. This has since been resolved, but in some cases, you may need to redeploy your services.

You can find the post-mortem for the incident here: https://blog.railway.com/p/incident-report-february-11-2026

Our deepest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.
