Hello Railway Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Postgres service in Railway.

Although the deployment status shows as "Online", the database connection section reports the following error:

"We are unable to connect to the database via SSH. The database container is starting up or transitioning. Please wait a moment and try again."

At the same time, my application is returning a 502 error, which appears to be related to the database not being accessible.

The Postgres service and the application are in the same Railway project. The required variables are set, and the deployment shows as active, but the database connection remains unavailable.

Could you please help me investigate what might be causing the Postgres container to remain in this state and why the connection is failing?
