Postgres service is stuck

Postgres service (ghcr.io/railwayapp-templates/postgres-ssl:18, project region Southeast Asia) is stuck.

Container logs repeatedly show a normal boot sequence (redo recovery → "database system is ready to accept connections") but the service never becomes reachable — both from other services on the internal network and from Railway's own dashboard "Database" tab, which stays stuck on "Attempting to connect to the database...".

CPU/memory metrics have been flat at zero for 30+ minutes at a time.

Manually triggering Redeploy from the dashboard did not change the outcome.

Try Redeploy the source image, This will pull fresh image from the docker hub

Open the Postgres service > Open the Command Palette (ctrl+k) > Select Redeploy Source Image
