My Postgres service is stuck in recovery mode and has been for the past 30+ minutes. I've already restarted the service once from the dashboard but it's still rejecting all connections with:

FATAL: the database system is in recovery mode

My Django app is completely down because of this. Can you investigate what's happening with this Postgres container?
