Facing issue with our Postgres service. Unable to restart as it crashes again and need the data from this as it was our production data.

Many people have problem with postgres service atm, including me. I guess the logs is similar across the line. For me it is "ERROR (catatonit:2): failed to exec pid1: No such file or directory".

Yup seems like same error for a bunch of people.
