Postgres stuck applying a size change

The Postgres instance crashed because the storage was full. I upgraded to the pro plan and increased the size. However the server is stuck with 1 change to deploy and is in an undeployed state.

If I force a redeploy I get the following deploy logs

database system was not properly shut down; automatic recovery in progress

database system was interrupted while in recovery at 2024-06-20 16:34:17 UTC

This probably means that some data is corrupted and you will have to use the last backup for recovery.
