npmcould not be found"

I used to run this app fine with the free 5$ usage but then my free 5$ got all used up, so I decided to subscribe to the 5$ subscription and redeploy the app but when I try to redeploy my database I got this message ""The executable npmcould not be found", I also can't launch my app, I got this error message: Failed to build an image but I think it will solve by itself if I can redeploy my database succesfully

You had the start command on the Postgres database set to npm run start -- I've removed that.
Your second issue, you were trying to start your app during build, I've removed that too.
Looks to be running now.
