After the service outage, my java service was not connecting to my postgres service (always timeout).

It started like 15min before the outage email and last till now. I'm trying to rebuild a new postgres service, using the old one, but pg_dump doesn't work either.

pg_dump: error: connection to database "railway" failed: server closed the connection unexpectedly

This probably means the server terminated abnormally

before or while processing the request.

Is there any ETA on the outage or anything I could do to fix my service?
