Postgres volume down 7 days — WAL corruption, Railway still charging, no resolution

My PostgreSQL database has been down for 7 days due to WAL corruption caused by a Railway infrastructure outage. This was escalated to your team 6 days ago. I have received zero updates and zero resolution.

My photography portfolio website has been completely unreachable the entire time. I am losing real business every day this continues, and I am still being charged for a fully non-functional service.

This is unacceptable. I need a concrete status update and timeline today, or I will be migrating away.

Hi, I opened a separate post because my issue has been ongoing for 7 days with no resolution or update from support. I wasn't trying to duplicate, I just needed visibility on an urgent situation.
