i created a new postgres but need my data restoreed from the backup

old postgres service id f98043a6-94cc-48cc-48c6-bec7-738c63f06f4a

new postgres:postgres-Z0N6

Can you please help either

Update: I tried pg_dump from my local machine and the old database is completely

unreachable. Getting "server closed the connection unexpectedly" error.

Volume resize also failed earlier. The old Postgres is completely dead.

Here's what I need:

  1. Restore my latest backup (2026-02-04 23:07 UTC, 484MB) to my new

Postgres-ZON6 service in the same project. Both services are in the

same project so you should be able to see them.

  2. If restoring to Postgres-ZON6 isn't possible, please provide a

downloadable link for the backup file so I can restore it manually.

This is a live production system (SMS platform) serving multiple clients

and has been down for several hours. Any help ASAP would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
