Your Postgres service's volume mount failures are related to a service disruption we experienced earlier today, and we are still working through residual effects on builds and deployments (incident details). Please try redeploying your service, as the root cause has been addressed and things are stabilizing. If the issue persists after a fresh deploy, let us know.
