Try redeploying the service.
@pepper have already tried and a restart. Thankfully it’s just a staging database, I’ll be devastated if this was production db

@ChuNg and @Rozukai please redeploy these services, don't restart them.
That should solve your problems with PostgreSQL 🙂 sorry about this, we're working on getting all of these deployed automatically but it's taken longer than expected to go through the queue
Resolving this issue for me. Has worked after redeploying and restarting a few times.
