Hello, I'm on the free trial plan, but when I check the usage I can see postgres with a volumen of 300gb & a RAM of 100.39 GB, this is absolutely greater then expected, is there a particular reason?

it seems more a UI bug, but I want to be sure

Yeah, can you go into the service -> metrics tab -> put it to 1d and send a screenshot?

should I turn off the db to avoid extra charges?

No!

pricing looks right in this screenshot

it's just the total usage of those resources that is wrong

Those are accumulative values; they look correct to me.

how can I have used 300gb with an empty db?

is this just read/write on the disk?

can you please explain how these values are calculated? just my personal knowledge

The values are correct, so there's no need for team involvement here. I will let the community help you out further.

Given the price written in the pricing page is $10 per GB / mo I'm well over that value

Those are accumulative values
