Postgres volume WAL corruption after Railway incident I23M92U0 — 8 days down, no support response

My Postgres database has been down for 8 days following Railway's May 19-20 GCP outage (incident I23M92U0, EU West Amsterdam), which caused WAL corruption on my volume. I have an open support ticket with zero response for 7 days and am still being charged for a non-functional service. Please help or escalate.
