after applying the fix everything went back to normal but it's so slow and fail most of the time.

they reported that they applied a fix and it worked for all regions and they are monitoring now. but the problem is still currently happenning.

Ohhh yes, me too. Actually, we have the same issue. I have about 100 employees not working because of this issue, and I’m really upset about it.

Folks, we are extremely sorry about the downtime here. It is definitely not the level of reliability we aspire towards. We'll share a post-mortem afterwards and have several engineers actively working on deploying a fix that stabilizes across the fleet
