I'm unable to start the postgres server because my plan was downgraded from pro to hobby. However, I need access to the data stored on it, but I can't reach it now. Please provide the database in a downloadable format so I can migrate it, or decrease volume size to 5gb.Thank you

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
- 📚 Pricing Plans
- 🧵 "No space left on device" on Database with plenty of space
- 🧵 Server Down After Upgrading to Hobby Plan on Railway
- 🧵 Outbound SMTP blocked on my deployment — Network is unreachable (worked on free plan, fails on Hobby)
