We've faced multiple instances of PR environments not working. A PR created on GitHub is not resulting in a corresponding deployment on Railway.
There's no way to diagnose the issue. Please help.

Your "sfk" project in the "starfolkai" workspace has 3 members and 4 services (coordinator, frontend, Postgres, website), all currently in a SUCCESS state with no PR environments visible. Per our docs, PR environments must be enabled in Project Settings > Environments, and PRs opened by users whose GitHub accounts are not in your workspace or invited to the project will not trigger a PR environment. If the PRs are opened by bots (e.g., Dependabot or Renovate), the "Enable Bot PR Environments" toggle must also be enabled. Could you confirm whether PR environments are enabled in your project settings and whether the PR authors are members of your workspace?

- PR envs are enabled on our environment and have been enabled since the start
- PR was opened by me. This usually works, it is not working right now hence the escalation
- Other team members have also complained about this yesterday
This is blocking my entire team from testing. Need an urgent fix here please.
