PR Environment not created

Hello !

I'm having an issue with PR Environments. Nothing happens my I open a PR on my Github project, even though PR Environments are activated.

Any ideas what's going on ?

Update : I think the issue is that the git email adress I use is different from my Railway email. Is it plausible ?
