Hi, I was hoping to download a snapshot of my database from before the recent security patch...
I can see theres a backup volume, and I know if I upgrade to pro I would be able to 'restore' that to production.... but I don't want to restore it because some user data since then I need to keep in production. I just want to download that backup snapshot.
Any possible way for this to happen? Thanks

The pre-patch snapshot in your Backups tab is a point-in-time copy of your volume taken immediately before the patch. Downloading backup snapshots directly is not supported, but the restore process would work for your use case: restoring creates a new volume from the snapshot while your current production volume is retained unmounted, so no production data is lost. Restoring requires upgrading to the Pro plan, and once the snapshot is restored you can extract the specific data you need from the restored volume and then reattach your production volume.
