Dear Railway team,
On 27 of March I paid for $10 credits, which are supposed to last 2 months. Invoice number F9A2BE2E
However, I realised that I ran out of credits. I realised I have been charged twice for the April subscription.
Please kindly help me look into this.

Can you check your credit card statement to confirm you were billed for April?
I see that the charges in April were $5 and $0 and the $5 was paid for with your account balance.
I also do not see any payments for April. Therefore I suspect you may find that you were not charged in April.
Please let me know and we'll fix the issue if there is one.

Hi David, I was not charged in April because in March 27, I topped up $10 prepaid credits for the next 2 months. I was charged $10 in March

I have issued a refund for $10 for the March 26 payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to process.
