Hi i just received my invoice for PRO plan and it's not clear for me why total amount is different in last two payments.

August 15 - 20.00$ - no. D7F14C1D-0008- $3.04 Usage

September 15 - 24.60$ - no. D7F14C1D-0009- $7.74 Usage

Can you please explain why my latest payment is higher than 20$ even if I didn't exceed 20$ limit of usage?

Hey, are you able to share a detailed screenshot of your invoice? Just from that we can't say much

I see that tax is different but why there was a change, I didn't update any address or billing information between those two payments

I'll let the team get the final answer, but my two cents is that it's related to their new requirement for billing information, which might trigger different tax calculations or processing flows and thus should be expected.

I don't know if they're going to reply on here so I would recommend opening a private thread on to make sure. As a Pro user you'll get a reply within 1-2 days

should I create new thread with this one?

Let me see if I can get someone else to bump this to the team, are you able to do that? @Error

The Pro plan minimum is $20/mo plus VAT.

VAT is relatively new.

Here are the docs: https://docs.railway.com/reference/accounts#billing

You should also have several email notifications about VAT.
