Hello, i was going to choose a hosting plan but i got confused.
My confusion is this: there are plans and also pay per usage plans , question is when i choose a pro plan, am I going to pay 20 dollars every month no matter what happens to my app? I mean, even if the service is idle most of the time?

If you go with the Pro plan you pay $20 every month, and any resource usage on top of that subscription cost.
