Hi Railway Support Team,
I am opening this ticket from a secondary account because my primary account was caught in an automatic false positive ban for "Card Testing" when I tried to process my subscription payment.
Since the account is suspended, I cannot access the dashboard or open a ticket from there.

- Company/Projects: Karis Labs (4 active SaaS projects currently offline)
Our production environments are completely down, and real corporate clients are being severely impacted at this exact moment. We are a legitimate business, and this is an urgent matter for us.
