Hello, At about 9:03 am this morning we dropped production database tables. We just launched and had 43 users which were lost. Since this happened this morning, is there a way to restore? I will sign up for the paid account that has backups but I need a solution for this immediate issue. Please help.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to restore dropped database tables on your behalf. Data recovery is only possible if you had backups configured prior to the data loss. You can check if any backups exist by opening your Postgres service and navigating to the Backups tab. If no backups were set up before the tables were dropped, the data cannot be recovered. Going forward, we recommend enabling scheduled backups (daily, weekly, or monthly) on your database service's volume to protect against future data loss.

Can I pay for any extra effort suck a restore would cost?

We don't offer a paid recovery service, and without backups configured before the incident, the data is unfortunately not recoverable. Going forward, you can enable scheduled backups on your database service's volume via the Backups tab to prevent this in the future.
