private and public networking to my redis service is still down

getting econnrefused when trying to have my node process connect to redis via either private or public networking. I can connect from my local machine through public network just fine. ive redeployed and restarted both services multiple times. is there still an outage with networking?

Hello,

We had an incident earlier that caused some running workloads to be unexpectedly terminated while the status in the UI didn't properly update. This has since been resolved, but in some cases, you may need to redeploy your services.
