Seems like, yet again :(, my services are unable to connect to my Postgres database over private networking. Also get various failures between other services too.
Postgres logs giving quite a lot of
2026-07-02 08:53:02.020 UTC [80075] LOG: could not receive data from client: Connection timed outTrying a re-deploy of Postgres - since redeploying one of my other services did seem to have some success, but that's stalling on "Creating containers..."

I see there's an incident on the Edge Network, maybe related, but from previous experience don't think that normally affect Private Networking?
Ah, I see now that it does suggest this is affecting "private networking between regions", although interestingly afaik mine is all one region (US East)
for me it's all in the same region too and my entire application is broken, I rely a lot on private networking
