I'm trying create a template from my project, but i got this error:

My project was not uploading from CLI. Each service has a source from Github repo or Docker Image as you said.

Cause this template I'll use to implement some solutions to my clients.

You could try ejecting the upstreaming repo from the Console service (you'll see an option to do this in the service's settings), I think it's not working because its an upstream repo. My recommendation would be to then reattach the Console service to its original repo whenever you deploy the template so it keeps getting maintenance updates but this isn't strictly necessary
