Hello, I've been a member since July 2025 and I noticed all my services to day shut down for no apparent reason.. I assume it was probably because of the RAM usage spiking on one of my service. However, when I checked my plan, it says I only have 24vCPU/RAM and I was a member since last year back when the offer was 32vCPU/RAM. Please help me out.

There has been 2 instances that ALL MY PROJECTS AND SERVICES JUST SHUT DOWN..
Everything is offline. I don't get it. I haven't reached my monthly limit yet that I set. This is costing my business A LOT./

When your services are shut down, were you given an email or notice or anything that might hint at why? Also, when it happens, it's not from a missed bill right?
And just to make sure I understand, the 24vCPU and 24 GB RAM limit showed up immediately after your projects/services were shut down?

I got this email.
Here is the problem.
I moved a project out of my ownership to another owner.. so the cost for that project should have moved too correct?? Because my usage hasn't reached $120 but I got the email saying I hit $120.. but the cost for that transferred project is nowhere to be found in my charges.
ALso when I subscribed last year I have always been on the 32vCPU and RAM. Sometime like 3months ago it downgraded to 24vCPU without my consent.

You would still be liable for any usage while the project was still in your workspace
I see. I hope that detail is visible somewhere in the account as it is not there anymore, it is attached to the project that was transferred. How about the new owner of the project?? Will they be charged the cost when it was in my account?
Can we recover the 32vCPU and ram allocation?

As mentioned, you are responsible for any usage while that project was in your workspace, the new owner is only responsible for usage going forward.
Thank you Brody. I got it. However, my other concern hasn't been addressed. Why was my 32vCPU+RAM deducted to 24????

Has an invoice failed to be auto billed?
There were times I was billed $0 and still failed.. probably max was $2 because I had referral/template credit earnings...

On the limits: your Sphinxcode workspace is grandfathered to 32 vCPU / 32 GB, and I've restored it now. It had been knocked down to 24 by a bug where a billing/subscription event (such as recovering from a failed or $0 invoice) was bumping older Pro accounts to the newer 24 limits version. That's also what shut your services down. We have a fix in review that stops billing events from changing your limits version, so it won't recur, and your services should come back up at 32 now.
On the transfer/billing question Brody covered: you're responsible for usage while the project was in your workspace, and the new owner is only responsible for usage after the transfer. Sorry for the disruption, and thanks for the detail, it helped us pin down the bug. — Angelo

Follow-up: the underlying fix just merged, so a billing event won't drop your limits to 24 again. Your Sphinxcode workspace is back at 32/32 and will stay there. Sorry again for the service disruption this caused, and thanks for the detail that helped us pin it down. — Angelo

You are back on 32/32, and I have merged a fix that will prevent the limits downgrade from happening again.
