Is there a difference in the team collaboration capabilities between Pro Add-ons and the Pro plan? Why does the former require a commitment of $500 to have the RBAC capability?

RBACs a pretty common feature to gate. As for features, it's really only granular permissioning, audit logs, etc

Those are the more "enterprise-y" features
