Im on railway hobby, upgraded to pro (to find out what additional features were supported, i.e public buckets / ssh) then downgraded back to hobby until im ready to commit to pro. however, by doing so it looks like all my postgres data got wiped in during the downgrade (5/2/2026 17:25:32 - Railway restrated postgresSQL with fresh storage) can this be restored?

We do not wipe anything, your database lost data because you do not have a volume attached to it, without a volume persistent storage isn't possible.

Ahh yes. Massive oversight i thought volumes where attached by default like redis. Thanks for the prompt response 👍
