You can see every bit of that information on the pricing page: https://railway.com/pricing

The max limits of each plan means that once your services/deployments hit these threaholds, then it won't scale further
but while am going to pay for pro plan it says like you should pay the unpaid invoice so i came here to ask the waver of that we are using first time we are not aware of it so only it happened we are planning to go with your railway ap for next pro plan so kindly do the needful for us to avoid the unpaid invice bill.
we are planning to go with pro plan with number of projects so kindly do the needful

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand what you’re saying here. If you have an unpaid invoice, you will need to pay it.
ya but we are not aware of this i was taught that $5 is okay for us just seeing the spec and configuration but memory based you have charged i can't seen that so only asking for discard or so only asking for waver if you do this means we have planning to subscribe pro plan

I’m sorry, but the Railway Team does not issue refunds just because your service used too many resources, unless there was a bug.

Hello,
I have checked the invoice in question, and I can confirm there are no mistakes with it, and, most notably, it is not an outrageous bill. You used the resources outlined on the invoice and were charged accordingly for them.
So, I'm sorry, but we cannot accommodate this request to void the valid invoice.
To continue using the platform on any plan, you will need to pay the invoice.
Best,
