Right now I'm paying for the pro plan, but it charges me just $20 to have a member, but can I use those $20? because I already have one use and they are charging me for that use + $20

Currently I pay almost $40 monthly, so if I can’t use those $20 from the seat, is the hobby plan better?

Unfortunately the 20usd only covers the base-cost for a seat on the team, meaning it can't be used to pay for resource-usage
The hobby plan is definitely cheaper but lacks many features that a company might need, plus hobby plan is only meant for hobby workloads and isn't meant for commercial applications
