My usage is gradually increasing and I'm exploring an upgrade to Pro.

Can you please confirm:

1. $20/mo plan has a $20/mo minimum spend, but does include $20/mo usage credits so that if I use less than $20 in a month, I still pay only $20?

2. Do any of those usage credits carry over if they aren't consumed entirely in a certain month? E.g. if I consume $15 of resources in a month, does the $5 excess carry over to next month (while I still pay a $20/mo minimum sub)?
