I am pro plan and it says Limited Access, Deploys have been paused temporarily.

We're sorry for the trouble. The Limited Access banner and the deploy pause come from an ongoing incident, "Dashboard and API unavailable, builds paused," which currently affects the dashboard, API, CLI and new builds in all regions, on every plan including Pro.
