Pro plan - traffic blocked despite active card

I'm on the Pro plan with a card on file (ending 8218).

My app builds and starts successfully (healthcheck passes),

but all traffic returns "Application failed to respond" / 502.

The dashboard shows "You're out of tokens - Usage resets next week."

I deleted an unused MySQL service to reduce usage.

Can you either: allow overage billing on my card, or reset my usage early?

The "out of tokens" message and traffic being blocked indicate you likely have a hard usage limit configured that has been reached. You can check and adjust or remove this limit on your Workspace Usage page - once raised or removed, your stopped services will automatically redeploy.

Sorry for the confusion. The out of tokens message is for the in product AI agent. At this point it is not something we bill for and resets each billing period when you were out. The 502 error you are seeing is like the due to misconfiguration with your application. You will need to troubleshoot that yourself. Your subscription is paid it up to date

Healthcheck passes. Server logs show "Server running on http://0.0.0.0:3000/"
Deploy logs confirm "Healthcheck succeeded!"

But all external traffic returns 502 "Application failed to respond."

The dashboard still shows "You're out of tokens" even though:
- I raised my usage limit to $50
- Current usage is only $5.69 / $20 included
- You told me the "out of tokens" message is for the AI agent only

Something is blocking traffic to my service. Can you investigate?
