Hi, our project "bapull-cs" (production, project ID

8dc373e8-9866-44c4-9983-31f6a295c182) is currently CRASHED and restricted

with the error: "Service for this project is restricted due to the

following violations: exceed_egress_quota."

We are on the PRO plan with a valid payment method and successful billing

history. This billing cycle (Jun 14 - Jul 14) our current usage is only

$1.36 out of the $20 included usage, and we have NOT hit any usage limit.

Our egress cost is very low (about $0.51).

We don't understand why the project was restricted for exceeding an egress

quota. Could you please investigate and restore service for this project?
